1. Find users SID:
wmic useraccount where name="USER" get sid

2. Open in regedit key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\User SID

3. Modify ProfileImagePath value
